Staff very friendly, willing to help. The breakfasts were really good. good selection of items. Staff willing to check with some of the items if GF. Managers different specials for happy hour. Cookies for a night cap As facilities is near the tracks had no problems with trains. Beds were good Clean Very pleased with this facility.

Lets start with awesome cutomer service with the team that checked us in Friday afternoon. We travel to Wenatchee yearly around this time of year. Our grandchildren live here. The facilities were clean , cookies were delicious, breakfast was good too.

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was plentiful, with good variety, and restocked as needed. Staff was SUPER polite and checked in on individuals frequently. Best ever!

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were always smiling. Facilities were clean. Pool was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was great every day. Staff attending breakfast were wonderful. Front desk staff were great.

The staff here was simply amazing, They were absolutely the nicest people we have ever dealt with at a hotel. Went way above and beyond to make sure my wife was happy and even decorated her room. They saved the day!!!!!!!!!! We will stay her again simply because of the staff,

We appreciate that the hotel accommodates to pet owners, free parking and complimentary breakfast. Our stay was very comfortable and our kiddos enjoyed the pool and spa.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Very well priced, staff exceptionally helpful & friendly, very clean, pet friendly and great breakfast. I appreciate that hotel offers both firm & soft pillows!!!

Food was very good and in a pleasant location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, we found the little Italian restaurant nearby that was a plus. Hope to find our way back before long.
